Drop-in meditation class

On Saturday mornings we run a drop-in meditation session. This is open to all, both regulars and newcomers.

On alternate weeks we lead through either the Mindfulness of Breathing or the Metta Bhavana (Development of Loving-kindness) meditation practices.

Come along and find out about our meditations, no booking required.

The morning runs from 11am to approximately 12 noon.

We ask for a donation of $10, ($5 for concession card holders)
