Instruction in Meditation
Learn the Triratna Buddhist Community's two central meditation practices - the Mindfulness of Breathing and the Metta Bhavana. Discover how to make Buddhist meditation part of your life.
Our courses are taught by ordained members of the Triratna Buddhist Order, assisted by those training for ordination. They are experienced practitioners, who teach in a friendly, relaxed way, communicating from their own experience.
Drop-In Classes
We provide a 'taster' meditation class, for those with little or no experience, through our drop-in classes, open to all, on:

Introduction to Meditation Course
Our six-week meditation courses for beginners, teaching Triratna's two central meditation practices, take place at 7:30 pm on Wednesday evenings. Classes last approximately 2 hours.
Cost: $210 full-waged, $180 low-waged, $150 unwaged.
